- Employees are individually permitted to setup with single or double authorisation levels allowing complete flexibility. These authorisation levels can be set for holiday leave and sickness if required.
- Managers can approve all employees leave that fall within their team before the request is sent higher authority (if required).
- Administrators can create/edit/delete other users as Administrators, Managers or Employees

Administrator Functions:
- It will indicate employee attendance status with actions and also providing the ability to sort and supervise employee attendance details.
- It will manage Employee Payroll through editing / amending employee payroll information.
- Automated alerts will rationally notify managers of employee leave request
- It will deliver reports enable managers to spot absence trends and patterns, helping them to take corrective action, if required.
- It will confirm employees work-hour eligibility by checking hours worked and number of active days.
- It will coordinate absence-related data with schedules and timecards in real time (TraX :: Project and TraX :: Payroll)
- It will create customized forms and response letters supplied for approval process
- It will identify any leave abuse trends by providing detailed on-demand reports (Under Development)
- The Administrators can specify the yearly holiday leave to which employees are entitled on their individual basis.
- The Administrators can term all Bank Holidays where employees are allowed to have time off, which in return will stop the system counting those days as "Holiday".
- The Administrators can add, delete and modify all details contained within, making the system completely flexible.
